What does that mean? What is "pure class2"?
Do you have bonds, angles, etc defined? Are they
between atoms that are also defined for AIREBO?
You say REBO, but LAMMPS only does AIREBO.
Is this what you were already doing? If so, LAMMPS
should have none of the problems discussed in
earlier emails - i.e. it should just work.
