[lammps-users] Is there anybody know how to compute the surface scattering coefficient and grain boundary scattering coefficient?

I’ve seen a paper recently. It mentioned the effect from the surface scattering coefficient and grain boundary scattering coefficient. I’m wondering does lammps consider the effect from those two coefficient? How I can evaluate them or control them to a specific value during one simulation by Lammps?
