i define 3 groups atoms(polymer,wall,pore(pore define in wall)) and pair style is lj, for polymer fene bond define,but i have problem!when polymer is in pore ,3groups bond together,i dont know why!i didnt define it!

Not enough information to help, and not clear what your Q is.

this is very obviously an artifact of your visualization software that uses some distance based heuristic to determine where bonds should be drawn or not.
