[lammps-users] Mass of silicon to use in LAMMPS

Steve,
I am trying to compute thermal conductivity of silicon in LAMMPS. I just wanted to clarify/confirm that the mass of silicon to use (for metal units) is in grams/mole (28.1 grams/mole for silicon), as opposed to grams/atom (4.67e-23 grams/atom for silicon).
