Are there any sources that explain how to merge two data file with different force field in details?

There is no automated tool in LAMMPS to do this, so I suggest you
cut and paste by hand. The Pizza.py toolkit has a tool that reads
and massages (multiple) data files. You could use it if you
know/learn some Python.
