I am looking for msi2lmp. I did not find it on LAMMPS website. I would
appreciate if you help me in this matter. I am using latest version of
LAMMPS and it is windows based.

msi2lmp is part of the lammps source distribution and needs to be
compiled. it apparently currently also produces data files that are
not fully compatible with recent lammps versions so they need to be
manually corrected until somebody fixes the sources.

It's in the tools dir of the distribution.
