I am trying to prepare the system for further analysis . I have tried minimizing and equilbrating the system using the code attached in this mail . However I am not sure if this is the correct output .
Could you verify if this is the correct output after minimization and equilbration ?
Also if you feel there’s some error within the code itself , do let me know .
I have also attached output file for your reference .

sorry, but a) this is a mailing list for discussing the use of the LAMMPS software, NOT a place for approving results or reviewing your input.
whether a simulation is meaningful for your purposes is something that you have to determine for yourself. doing research is not like school where the results are known beforehand and you have to get the approval from your teacher. you and you alone are responsible for your work. are you going to write in your paper: “my simulations and results must be correct because some dude on the mailing list said so”? i don’t think so unless you like getting made fun of.
and b) it is simply not possible to tell if a system is properly equilibrated from just looking at a picture. at best one can tell if it is completely bogus, but even that is impossible in this case since you don’t provide any information about what it is that your image is supposed to be showing.
Also if you feel there’s some error within the code itself , do let me know .
same thing as before. this is your responsibility and not the job of the mailing list subscribers to make certain that you did everything correctly.
axel.
Thank you for the clarification.
