I don't know - the vast majority of users are able
to build LAMMPS and run the benchmarks without problems.
What is unique about in.rhodo is the use of PPPM.
I presume you are using the latest (fully patched) LAMMPS,
which did make some changes to the long-range Coulombics
to avoid some compiler problems on some machines.
