Is it possible with the pair_style hybrid to combine two instances of the same potential. For example, "pair_style hybrid yukawa 6.0 2.0 yukawa 4.0 2.0"? And if so, how do you distinguish between the two potentials when declaring the pair coefficients?

No, you can't do this. Not sure why you would want to.
