How can I get glassy structure by quenching from higher temp to lower temp

Your e-mail is essentially the answer: you start from a crystalline system, apply a thermostat with a temperature way above the melting point until the system is properly liquified with no “memory” of the crystal left, and then cool it down rapidly to way below the melting point so that it becomes solid again.

For more specific suggestions, you need to ask more specific and descriptive questions.

It would also be to your advantage to use a more descriptive subject line. And not spending the effort to properly spell “please” doesn’t work in your favor, either.
