[lammps-users] pressure tensor in thermo_style command

Dear all

Lammps manual says that pxx, pyy, pzz, pxy…(in thermo_style command) are the pressure tensor.
I guess these are the pressure tensor for whole system.
My question is ;
How does Lammps define pressure tensor specifically?
What is the algorithm for calculating pressure tensor in Lammps?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
