Hi
I am performing a tensile test for amorphous silica. First I made a small sample than with the help of replicate command I have just replicate my system for a big sample. But after replication when I performed the tensile test I am getting some kind of error which is easily seen in my graph. I am using BKS potential I am not able to identify my mistake Please help me
