Why is the command compute temp/partial used instead of compute temp?
compute new mobile temp/partial 0 1 0
In addition, as the distance is 8 between hi-slab and low-slab, why are the two half-sphere so small as there radii are 8?

Since the system is translating rapidly in x, the temperature is
only computed on the y direction of atom motion (thermal).
You can expt with the sphere radii and vizzing the resulst to
see what it changes.
