Is there any way to run LAMMPS using MATLAB? As far as I know, every C/C++ codes in MEX format can be compiled in MATLAB and can be run using MATLAB. Is there any way to make MEX code for LAMMPS?

Don't know anything about running other codes from Matlab.
Can't you use the Si compiler to generate MEX?
