[lammps-users] several polymers

First of all, I would like to thank Dr Kohlmeyer for helping me -- I value Your comments and suggestions!

Now I have the following problem -- I need to create 2 similar polymers in one simulation (coordinates for polymer one given below) and polymer 2 has to be close to another polymer and these have to be in a sphere.

I would appreciate any suggestions on this topic!

please reformulate the question. _where_ is the problem?
