[lammps-users] Short range cut-off's

Dear All

SSD water issues: My colleague has suggested that there might be the following issues with the cut-off related distance and the ability to handle this in LAMMPS. For instance in the sticky potential cut-off distances of say 0.24nm at the lowest would need to be cut and switched. Would this be do-able?

well, you're implementing the pair style code,
so you can do whatever you want at the cutoff,
e.g. shift, switch, smooth, etc.
