Dear All,
Based on my knowledge, there are two ways to change simulation box (fix deform and displace_box). The “fix deform” needs dynamic run and “displace_box” imposes requirements as periodic boundary. If I do want box change with no boundary condition using static way(minimize), what command should I use? Thank you all!
