[lammps-users] simulation of diffusion process

Hi

I have a simulation (attached file) with a quantum-dot semiconductor and I want to introduce in this simulation a difussion process.

Does LAMMPS have any command for making this process using Stillinger-Weber potentials?

If you do a simulation with SW at a high enough temp,
then atoms will diffuse.
