Dear All, I used following commands to get original model of Pt crystal:
Read the lattice doc page about periodic systems and
lattice vecs oriented in different directions. Check your
box size. You might need something like
region box block 0 10 0 10 -0.1 10
to insure you are getting all atoms in the bottom z layer.
