I used the script in LAMMPS (latest version) manual to calculate the heat flux (compute heat/flux).But there is an error said that illegal compute heat/flux command.I don’t know why…Can anyone help me with this?

I dont think anybody can help you until you show us evidence, like your input script. It possible is the syntax error.
