Hello.
I was wondering if anyone had experience visualizing LAMMPS output via SCIRun (http://software.sci.utah.edu/scirun.html).
In particular I was wondering if anyone had any scripts for reformatting output files (either log or dump files) to prepare for use in SCIRun.
