Dear,sir,

now I want to run a complex structure,it contains two different structures.but in the Lammps codes,I can not make the model like this!
please give me some advices which softwares can help me make model like that .

Other MD codes/packages have GUI builders to create
intereseting molecules & geometries. You can massage
the output of those to the inputs of LAMMPS using
various tools in the tools dir.

Mark,
I have used Cerius and Materials Studio (it’s not free though) for building structures which, after using the tools provided with LAMMPS i can use it for my LAMMPS simulations.
