I was wondering If it is possible to add simulation box lengths (lx,ly,lz) in XYZ format of the dump file?

Not clear what you are asking. If you want snapshots formatted as xyz files, then
LAMMPS does not produce those natively. However the Pizza.py tool (linked from LAMMPS webpage)
can read LAMMPS dump files and convert them to xyz formatted files.
If you asking if the box info in a standard LAMMPS dump file can be converted to an alternate format,
then the answer is no. But you can write your own post-processor and extract those values or do
whatever you like with them.
