I want to simulation laser_cluster interaction.
I need simulation ionization (MPI and tunneling ionization)
Can I do it by lammps?

what LAMMPS can do is listed in the manual. please have a look. it is unlikely that somebody will do this for you. even if you keep asking again.
a more productive way to get an answer to your inquiry is the following:
- search the published literature for publications that have done the same kind of calculations that you want to do.
- check out which methodology and models were used in those studies. possibly, it also mentions or cites the specific software used.
- look up whether those methods and models are available in LAMMPS or look up, where you can get any other software used for the purpose.

I searched it and found some paper used lammps for simulating laser-cluster interaction.
But I think they didn’t caculate ionization effect.
I want to find how can caclulate this effect by some package in lammps or by write new package for it.
