What version of libxc is used in oxygen? Must be quite old, since some functionals from v.2.1.0 are missing.
Yes, it’s version 2.0.0 (see exciting/src/libXC). We plan on removing it from the source before the next release and probably provide some light API such that users can link to their own installation.
