When I use this command to continue run with a lost atoms error,
Can I be sure about my results?
Not at all.!!! Losing atoms in your simulation means your results are not correct. And if u find them matching the expected results at the first place, then its just a mere co-incidence. They are NOT REPRODUCABLE…!!
