I am not sure what is happening. Sometimes I login to the website and select a material and the unit cell visualisation doesn’t work. It wouldn’t be a problem if the cif download button was not placed inside that same place that shows the unit cell.
I am using endeavour os and I tried with firefox and chrome. same problem.
Can you send an example material ID (mp-*) for which you see this behavior? It’s probably a linux driver or browser issue but let’s see

I tried: mp-556605, mp-685097, mp-20459. Right now none are working for me. But it wasn’t always like this!
Just to add in, all three of those load fine for me on macos on chrome (latest) and safari.
Any hints in your browser console/network logs for the materials that are failing to load? Hard for us to debug specific os/browser issues on our end unfortunately.
