hi dear users,excuse,in a simulation in lammps , when we have 2 or 3 or… group type, how we can get the temperature of only one of groups after runing?whit which command?because it seems that thermo command gets the total temperature of system, thank you very much
All the compute temperatures work on a “group”
which can be any subset of atoms you choose.
