Missing eam styles on last stable version

Hi,

It seems that all files of eam styles are missing from the src/ in 12Dec18 version…

I copied them (cp eam*) from a previous version into the 12Dec18 version and re-compiled and it works fine.

they always have been part of the MANYBODY package.

what changed is, that with supporting CMake builds, no more packages are pre-installed. previously MANYBODY, MOLECULE, and KSPACE were pre-installed in the distributed tarballs.
