These lines in your header file are wrong - you can’t ues PairMorse again in another
new class.
PairMorse(class LAMMPS *);
virtual ~PairCtm();
You’ll need to learn some C++ to make much headway on your new
pair style. Trying to learn a programming language from a
mail list is not very efficient.
