Natural Frequency of a Nano tube

Hello Lammps users,

I am trying to find out a natural frequency of a carbon nano tube using MD simulation using Lammps software ie atleast I would like to see the first , second , third and fourth mode shapes in AtomEye.

Can some one please help me out .
