Hi Users,

I’d like to look into the neighbor list construction algorithms for bin and nsq but I don’t know the proper search terms. What are the full names for these algorithms?

the "bin" algorithm is explained in the j. comp. phys. paper of 1995
and plenty of talk slides about LAMMPS.
the "nsq" is a brute force "loop-over-all-pairs" procedure. in general
fundamental publications relevant to LAMMPS are listed on this page:
