In LAMMPS, is it possible to do NEMD using SLLOD algorithm and LEBC for rigid bodies?

LAMMPS doesn’t do LEBC, it does fix deform
and triclinic boxes which is equivalent. You
can do NEMD with thos for rigid bodies. There
is a fix nvt/sllod, but it would only work on the solvent
not the rigid bodies I think.
