new write_restart.cpp gives runtime error

Getting this:

ERROR: Illegal write_restart command (…/write_restart.cpp:214)

Same input file to Dec3 or older version still works. MPIIO mods?

that was with 2 filenames - fixed the typo in the code that caused it

will be in next patch
