i am trying to use colvar from lammps examples…trying to run in.peptide-colvars but its showing error.i have installed the pacakage
make yes-user-colvars
make ubuntu
ERROR: Unknown fix style colvars (…/modify.cpp:847)
Last command: fix 2 all colvars peptide.colvars
help!!!

did the compilation complete without error?
it probably has not, since the colvars package requires to also compile the
library in the lib/colvars folder.
