Non uniform electric field

Hey,

I was wondering if LAMMPS had any way of imposing a non-uniform
electric field, especially one that could be defined in terms of a
finite element grid of electric field values.

The fix efield command lets you specify
Ex,Ey,Ez as variables, which can be
atom-style variables which means the
field value can be a function of the atom position,
as well as of time.
