Ovito crashed down when dragging files in

Hi, dear developers, recently I downloaded the newer version of ovito 3.7.2/3.7.3 (portal). Every time when I dragged files in, ovito crashed down and exited. The problem occurs in both 3.7.2 and 3.7.3 versions. But when I used “Load File” and manually chosed the format of the files, it could work! I don’t know why this happened and can’t figure out a solution. What should I do to solve this?

I find that the problem occurs because the newer versions of ovito don’t support file paths comtaining Chinese characters. It’s really puzzling.

Another thing I’d like to add is that I can export files in paths that contain Chinese characters. So I think it’s a bug probably related with the “import” module. Hope this could help you narrow down the scope of troubleshooting.
