pair_style lj/cut/coul/long/tip4p

Dear professors.

I am now trying to use "pair_style lj/cut/coul/long/tip4p" command, while an error occurs: "Invalid pair style (../force.cpp:175)".

I found that someone used this command, and I have checked the manual, but I did not find this command. I am wondering how this happens.

Best wishes,

it happens, for example, when styles are renamed to offer a more
consistent naming scheme.
the example you saw was likely written a long time ago or tested with
an old version of LAMMPS.

changes like this are discussed on this page
http://lammps.sandia.gov/bug.html
and the similar logs for the past 10 years that are referenced at the
beginning of that page.

have you checked the available pair styles for something similar?
a little common sense can be a wonderful thing.
