This issue is still persisting though I’ve tried using different versions of lammps on different computers, with and without gpu acceleration, whether using lookup, linear, or spline, and adjusting tables to fit R and RSQ input spacing. Does anyone have any other ideas as to why this is happening?
Another question is could this just be an issue with pair_write? Meaning I can move forward with my radiation damage simulations and expect that the interpolation is working correctly or are they tied together such that this issue will ruin my results?
