phase diagram of graphene in rho-T plane

Dear lammps users,

I want to work on the honeycomb solid state of graphene. For that I need
the phase diagram of graphene in the density-temperature plane. I know
that people use AIREBO/REBO potential for simulating graphene using lammps
and it is expected that they have the phase diagram of graphene. So it
will be very helpfull if anybody send me any reference or something
regarding it.
