I have a couple of questions. Looks like I am doing something wrong as I get a segmentation fault, and perhaps I am missing something important conceptually.
My plan is to have a brownian dynamics of LJ spheres connected by a bond, and ellipsoids that are only interacting through gay-berne with the bead-spring model but are not bonded to the polymer.
