Hi:
Could i replace polymer (bead-spring) with big particles?

Dose the chain/example in bench simulate bead-spring polymer?
I added dump command to in.chain :
dump 1 all xyz 250 chain.xyz

Then i visualized dump file with VMD but i just observed beads without spring.
If it is possible for you, please help me.

The chain example does model FENE bead-spring chains.
You can modify it however you wish. Your viz question
is about VMD, not LAMMPS.
