POSCAR for two dimensional sheets

Hi everyone,
I am very new to VASP. In order to study the properties of two-dimensional sheets, I need the POSCAR for a particular sheet. I got POSCAR file using materialproject.org. But I have a doubt whether I can use the coordinates as such or not?

Is there something specific that’s wrong with the POSCAR you’re referring to? It would help us to have a more specific example of your problem.
