The US Army Research Laboratory is currently seeking two postdoctoral
research associates in the area of computational material science. Both
applicants must have experience in computational modeling materials,
preferably in polymeric systems. Experience with molecular dynamics and
LAMMPS program is required. Expertise with C++ programming is preferred.
Experience with the parameterization of atomistic and coarse-grained
reactive potentials is preferred.

Salary is commensurate with experience and skills, and is very competitive
with industry. Publication and patenting of research results are encouraged.
Excellent opportunities exist for interactions with other government
laboratories and university researchers. Positions are available at
Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Aberdeen Proving Ground is only 30 minutes
North of Baltimore, and offers easy access to Washington D.C., Philadelphia,
