Liquid density in your configuration is not really something you can “set”… It is instead a property reflecting the quality of the force field (potential) used.

But I want to set the fluid pressure at a given value. However, solid also take part in the pressure calculation.

Given solid is immobile, how could I only set liquid pressure?

That is not something you can set in your simulation setup.
