problem with propagation of surface acostic waves in lammps

Hi Dear lammps users,
I want to simulate surface acoustic waves (traveling waves) in a cylinder using lammps. I try several times with some commands(fix wall/piston or velocity ramp and …) but they did not work!!
can anybody do the same simulation using lammps and how?
what other commands should i use?
any idea is appreciated!
Thanks

Hi Dear lammps users,

what do you mean by "did not work"? nobody can help you based on such
a general statement.
what exactly did not work and how do you determine that there is a
problem with LAMMPS and not that you made a mistake?
have you discussed this with your adviser/superviser/colleagues?

can anybody do the same simulation using lammps and how?
what other commands should i use?

how should somebody know how to set up a simulation without knowing
any specific details of what the system should look like (shape,
dimension, interaction model) and what the specific boundary
conditions are supposed to be.
