program can not done the second run command

Hello
I compiled lammps-8Feb12 on ubuntu 11.04 successfully. My input file
has many run command.
The first run command is done, then program shows “Neighbor list
overflow, boost neigh_modify one or page “error.
Why program can not done the second run command.

Please update to the latest version and try again.
