How can I install or compile the Python library interface ?
I couldn’t use the manual .Please explain to me in detail .

What do you mean by “I couldn’t use the manual”?

The LAMMPS manual is the canonical resource for information about compiling, installing, running, and using LAMMPS.
Nobody will give you a retelling of the manual. If you have a problem, you need to be more specific.
