I am a beginner for LAMMPS, and have several problems ask you for some advices.
I want to create a simulation of water flowing over a solid plate.
Fluid can now flow through the FLOW example file from lammps. But this fluid is not water. So I want to change this fluid to the property of water. How do I apply SPC / E water?

start with a simulation of a bulk water system. there are data files for
that in the examples folders.
once you can simulate that properly. adjust the simulation box (by
enlarging in z via change_box while keeping the water molecules in place)
to have a water film. equilibrate this film, then add your plate (make
sure to reserve a suitable number of atom types for that).
