Read and convert ASE fcs to Phonopy format

Dear experts,

do you know if there is an easy way to read ASE force constants with HipHive and then save them in Phonopy text format, so into a file named FORCE_CONSTANTS_2ND.

Im not familiar with ASEs force-constant format, but hiphive can not read them.
But you must be able to read them with ASE atleast, and then if you can get the force-constants as a numpy array it shouldn’t be a problem to write them into phonopy format.
